Juices

Well-Rooted

A blend for all things blood-related, stamina, and liver.
2-3 beets
1 bunch of celery
5 apples
juice of 3-4 oranges
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lime.

Green Lotus

Sunshine in liquid form, helps with all things. Great detox.
1 bunch of kale
1 bunch of spinach
1 bunch of parsley
1 pineapple
3-5 fingers of ginger
1-2 cucumber
6-8 apples
juice of 2 limes
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 5-6 oranges.

Immune booster.
1 cantaloupe
1 pineapple
2-3 fingers of ginger
4 fingers of turmeric
juice of 2 oranges
4-5 apples
juice of 1 lemons
sprinkle of cayenne pepper.

Carrot Creek

Brain food, cholesterol control, and
anti-inflammatory.
1 package of carrots
juice of 3 oranges
1 bunch of celery
1 pineapple
juice of 1 lemon
2 cucumber
3 fingers of turmeric
4-5 apples.

Sea Moss Gel

Ingredients
• 1 cup Irish moss tightly packed
• ¾ cup water
• 2 key limes

Instructions
1. Soak the sea moss overnight with 1 key lime squeezed and peels left in.
2. Drain water, rinse sea moss thoroughly, and cleaning with hands.
3. Blend Irish moss, the juice of 1 key lime, and water in a high-speed blender until smooth.
4. Pour into a jar.
5. Place into the fridge overnight or until ready to use.
6. Store in the fridge for up to two months. It can also be stored in the freezer until ready for use.

Elderberry Syrup

Ingredients
• 3½ cups water
• ⅔ cup dried elderberries
• 2 tbsp ginger (grated or powdered)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp ground cloves
• 1 cup raw honey

Instructions

1. Pour the water into a medium saucepan and add the elderberries, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves.
2. Bring to a boil and then uncover and reduce to a simmer for about 30 to 45 minutes until the liquid has reduced by almost half.
3. Remove from heat and let cool until it's lukewarm.
4. Mash the berries carefully using a spoon or other flat utensil.
5. Pour through a strainer or cheesecloth into a glass jar or bowl. Discard the elderberries.
6. When the liquid is no longer hot, add the cup of honey and stir well.
7. When the honey is well mixed into the elderberry mixture, pour the syrup into a mason jar or glass bottle of some kind.
8. Store in the fridge for up to two months. Can also be stored in a freezer until ready for use.
